Profiles will have prior experience with NEC/FIDIC family of contracts, Whole Life Costing (WLC) activities during the Project Life Cycle stages (following the RIBA plan of works format), the cost breakdown structure from the ISO 15686, and RICS 'unit cost framework' methodology.
