Management: From Project Management to full CDM site oversight, our comprehensive management services ensure seamless project execution.
Design: Our proficient design team, equipped with both 2D and 3D CAD packages including AutoCAD, Tekla, and Advance Steel, specializes in structural and mechanical handling designs.
Fabrication: Boasting a combined area of 3000m², our fabrication facilities, complete with shot blast and paint units spanning 340m² and a 10-tonne overhead crane, are manned by seasoned craftsmen. All welding activities adhere to stringent quality standards, overseen by our qualified RWC Welding Co-Ordinator and backed by multiple PCN level 2-certified welding inspectors.
Installation: With a workforce of 85, our installation division stands as the largest within our organisation. Bolstered by a hierarchical management structure and a skilled pool of operatives, including mechanical fitters, steel erectors, and crane supervisors, we excel in installing some of the most intricate industrial equipment in the UK market.
Company Accreditations: We are accredited with ISO 9001, Constructionline Gold, Avetta, Achilles, SSIP and Safe Contractor. We are also a recognised training provider for ECITB, NPORS, IPAF, IOSH and CCNSG Safety passports.
