Alchem Technologies is an early stage, UK-based software company with a novel product (Alchem Mercury).
Mercury is a dual-use product that acts an AI control layer connecting rules to data; delivering a unique & critical component your data operations:
• Ingest, track & digitise data rules — Contracts, data sharing agreements (DSAs), policies, & regulations are transformed into enforceable digital rules.
• Map, interpret & monitor the data landscape — Mercury discovers where data lives, how it flows, & what relationships exist across systems.
• Connect rules & data in a “should-be” twin — A governed digital twin (graph ontology) links data & rules, providing the baseline for real-time validation, alerts, & audits.

It provides those accountable with the tools to uphold compliance and supports data owners and users, as well as general counsels and CDIOs. In short, we reduce data compliance risk and therefore increase the amount of data shared.
We believe that data sharing management, operations, and compliance are essential; yet current data sharing is a manual process, severely constraining the volume of data shared and placing unquantifiable compliance risks on organisations.
