Hydrobolt is a manufacturer of QC1 and first level fasteners, special bolts and machined parts for the civil and defence nuclear industries.

The fasteners we supply are special because they are:
- to Def Stan specs
- to civil nuclear end user specs
- drawings/prints
- in unusual and exotic materials such as Inconel, Monel, Super Duplex, Ni Ali Bronze, B16
- in more standard materials such as 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, A2, A4, A2-70, A4-80 but with extra quality requirements
- have additional testing (UT, MPI, DPI, chem & mech tests, impacts)
- require vendor data packs that normally include quality plans/ITP’s

Our products are used on pressure vessels, heat exchangers, ship/submarine propulsion systems, nuclear reactors, weapon systems, turbo generators, valves, de-sal plants, collapsible masts, nuclear waste flasks/gloveboxes/handling systems, pipeline skids, HVAC systems, civil and construction applications…….
