NEPTUNE Workshop 2024

Evening meal

On Wednesday, March 6th, an evening meal will be hosted at Cosener’s House. If you haven’t registered yet and would like to do so, kindly inform us by February 16th to secure your spot.

Parking

To facilitate smooth logistics, we recommend using public transport to reach the venue. While private cars can be parked at a nearby public car park (subject to availability and at the owner’s risk), please note that Cosener’s House has limited parking that cannot be reserved.

Accommodation

We have a number of rooms held at Cosener’s house for those wishing to stay over. 
Please quote the reference # 64264 when booking with Cosener’s. 

Other information 

  • Upon arrival to the site, you will need to check-in at the registration desk in the Garden room to obtain your conference badge. 
  • We’ll be taking photographs on each day. If you don’t wish to have your photo taken, please make yourself known.
  • If your plans have since changed and you are no longer able to attend the conference in person please do let us know.
