NEPTUNE Workshop 2024
Welcome to the NEPTUNE Workshop 2024!
Join us on Wednesday, March 6th, and Thursday, March 7th, 2024, at the Cosener’s House in Abingdon for an insightful and collaborative event.
Please be aware that there will be no site visit to Culham Campus during this workshop.
Evening meal
On Wednesday, March 6th, an evening meal will be hosted at Cosener’s House. If you haven’t registered yet and would like to do so, kindly inform us by February 16th to secure your spot.
Parking
To facilitate smooth logistics, we recommend using public transport to reach the venue. While private cars can be parked at a nearby public car park (subject to availability and at the owner’s risk), please note that Cosener’s House has limited parking that cannot be reserved.
Accommodation
We have a number of rooms held at Cosener’s house for those wishing to stay over.

Other information
- Upon arrival to the site, you will need to check-in at the registration desk in the Garden room to obtain your conference badge.
- We’ll be taking photographs on each day. If you don’t wish to have your photo taken, please make yourself known.
- If your plans have since changed and you are no longer able to attend the conference in person please do let us know.
